魚生飯不新鮮，飯未煮熟，上菜極慢 嚴重人手不足 不建議午餐時間光顧等了三十分鐘後，上枱的三文魚及魚子魚生飯賣相合理，但一吃下去魚生不生鮮，最弊是醋飯好像是半生米一樣, 最後我和鄰桌的顧客也向服務員反映，也剩下大半的飯結賬離座，滿心期待的新餐廳令人感到失望，我也只好去PRET 買三文治充飢希望餐廳能夠重視食物品質及作出改善The restaurant speed is really slow and my order comes only after 30 minutes waiting time. The most horrible dish is salad and rice. With decent presentation, it is surprising that the rice is halfway cooked and the salmon is not fresh. The neighboring customers and I have reverted with our comments to the waitress and left after paying

希望餐廳能夠重視食物品質及作出改善

Much more better choices if you pay $150 for a lunch set in Causeway Bay
I really hope that their chef can pay more attention to the quality of their food
