Tasting menu($1388)🥂一開始會有餐包🥐配上2款牛油🧈之後就會慢慢上5款嘅前菜,分別有~ Imperial Ossetra Caviar~ Hokkaido Abalone~ 55 Degree Sous Vide Sea Cucumber~ Seafood Bouillabaisse~ French Foie Gras Terrine除咗第一款嘅魚子醬同最尾嘅鵝肝醬之外,其他都係海鮮為主🦐。我個人本身唔太好海鮮🫢,所以最鍾意嘅係第一道前菜🤓。食晒前菜之後會上個guava 雪芭🍧俾你清一清再上主菜😙。主菜~French Smoked Oyster Handcrafted Ravioli~ Red Wood & Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Beef前菜雖然每樣都係少少咁食😗,但係都有成5樣再加餐包都唔可以睇少🙂↕️(tmi:好好食差一啖食晒兩舊🤣)。好彩2樣嘅主菜份量都岩岩好,試到又唔會食到滯住🤓。個人不嬲好鍾意食牛🐄,和牛叫咗medium rare夠哂軟嫩😚,配醬汁同鹽都好好食😋。甜品Yogurt Cheese & Kiwi Conf

個人不嬲好鍾意食牛🐄,和牛叫咗medium rare夠哂軟嫩😚,配醬汁同鹽都好好食😋。
甜品
Yogurt Cheese & Kiwi Confit Mousse Cake🍰
第一次食奇異果味嘅甜品😂都幾特別。Yogurt Cheese Cake就咁食就冇咩奇異果嘅味🤔,中間Kiwi Confit Mousse偏甜,而側邊嗰兩粒奇異果肉就比較酸🥝。三樣撈埋一齊食又幾夾都幾清新咁🍀。
