Drunken Triple Treasure Rice (Foie Gras, Squid, Chicken Thigh)
The foie gras is rich and creamy, the squid is fresh and aromatic, and the chicken thigh adds juiciness. All three ingredients are cooked with wine. This combination creates a perfect layering of flavors. We swapped the rice for soup rice noodles.
