今晚食左湘菜。第一碟嚟嘅係長沙臭豆腐一上菜已經有濃濃既臭味,不過我同朋友都接受到,所以都ok。 食落口,豆腐炸到香脆乾身再吸收返醬汁而變得煙靭有咬口;醬汁微辣微咸,味度濃而不膩。清炒時蔬蒜蓉清炒油麥菜,味道適中,有鑊氣,火喉剛好燒烤食物叫了生蠔、扇貝王、鮑魚及網紅小黃魚。生蠔同扇貝王配搭蒜蓉燒係絕配。原味燒鮑魚非常爽口彈牙,加上廚師界花先再燒,鮑魚唔會過熟變得靭。小黃魚加了辣粉好惹味,燒至外面金黃小小焦香,入面剛好唔會太乾。First Dish: Changsha Stinky TofuAs soon as the dish arrived, a strong odor filled the air. 燒烤食物

First Dish: Changsha Stinky Tofu

Stir-Fried Seasonal Greens

Garlic stir-fried Romaine lettuce had a balanced taste, with a nice wok aroma and just the right amount of heat.

Grilled Food
We ordered oysters, king scallops, abalone, and the popular small yellow croaker. The combination of garlic grilled oysters and king scallops was perfect. The grilled abalone was very tender and springy, and the chef expertly grilled it to avoid overcooking. The small yellow croaker, sprinkled with chili powder, was flavorful, grilled to a golden brown with a slight crisp on the outside while remaining juicy inside.
