My colleagues and I have just had a meal here earlier the day, the staff were very friendly, and we were seated very quickly as we arrived at the Sheraton Hotel in Tung Chung. While we were waiting for the rest of the team to come by and join us for the meal, the staff of the restaurant already started serving us cups of water and passed down the drink menu for us to see.Maybe 5-10 minutes later, when everyone arrived, the restaurant manager helped arrange to serve us with first the appetisers:

My colleagues and I have just had a meal here earlier the day, the staff were very friendly, and we were seated very quickly as we arrived at the Sheraton Hotel in Tung Chung. 
While we were waiting for the rest of the team to come by and join us for the meal, the staff of the restaurant already started serving us cups of water and passed down the drink menu for us to see.
Maybe 5-10 minutes later, when everyone arrived, the restaurant manager helped arrange to serve us with first the appetisers: we have got cold and hot starters coming; for me, I am not a big fan of cold food, but the salads were nice, they were well-seasoned and most importantly, they were fresh!! As for the hot starters, I strongly recommend the Patata Harra (the potatoes were fantastic, truly, and that’s why this is among the fastest to be emptied by me and my colleagues). If you’re a fan of veggies, like eggplants, tomatoes and onions, then you won’t want to miss out the Mousakka (a layered version of sliced eggplants, to be served like lasagna). The serve seemed a bit too big for a starter, but as we were sharing it, so the portion was just fine!!
Now, after all the dishes had been cleared, here came the main courses: my partner and I had opted for the signature Chicken Kofta and the Charcoal Grilled Sea Bass from the main menu while some other colleagues chose either the Lamb Ouzi or the Samaka Harra, I saw that they all were satisfied with the food quality and the timeliness that the food was served. As for the Sea Bass and the Chicken that I had tried, honestly, it’s difficult to pick my favourite out of the two because I love both of the two dishes: both of them were beet juicy and the spicers and sauce that went with them were a “Perfect Match” that helped elevate the whole flavour of the dish. No wonder some other colleagues seated nearby would want to give it a try and they all said it’s “Yummy Yummy!!”
To end the meal, the majority of us had The Creamy Rice Pudding as desserts, but my partner and I didn’t order anything in advance as we thought the dishes that we ordered were quite enough, so maybe we just skipped the dessert part; but thanks to the very generous and friendly manager, we got to have a complementary cake to be shared by the 3-4 of us each table. That raspberry mousse cake was smooth and delicious! I think it’s a perfect full stop to the whole meal this afternoon.
It’s my first time to try out Lebanese food, and I have had a great time with Maison Du Mezze (including the food, the staff and the vibes), so if anyone out there happens to drop by Tung Chung or the Lantau Island, why not come here to the Sheraton to give it a go? I am sure you and your friends will like it!!
