Every dish was freshly prepared. Started the meal with a cool and refreshing pomelo salad tossed with coriander and fried shallot.
Tom Yum Kung with crunchy shrimps and mushrooms was a standout - the exciting level of spiciness and sourness stimulated my taste buds.
Massaman beef curry, as one of the signatures, was sweet, creamy and coconutty. Served with shallots and peanuts. The beef cubes were rather lean and the potatoes had soaked up the flavors of the savory sauce.
Highly recommending the mango and passion fruit smoothie which was frothy, rich and fruity.
