Rosa Bridge Restaurant is a restaurant that my cousin recommended to me. I was a bit surprised as it wasn't the type of place she would frequent. But she suggested it was a pretty good restaurant serving a large variety of western dishes at a very cheap price. And she noted it tasted good as well. It was such a strange recommendation from a cousin who doesn't eat any where other than her country club that I had to tell boyfriend.Out of sheer curiosity, we decided to eat there during afternoon te
Out of sheer curiosity, we decided to eat there during afternoon tea session.
Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. As my cousin said ... they had a wide variety including Malaysian dishes as well. All mains come with a drink.
Boyfriend ordered a Malaysian curry with beef short ribs and rice ($59). It came with cream soup. We weren't really sure what it was but it tasted a bit like cream of potato soup. It was pretty good.
The curry was amazing. Rich with a strong hint of coconut milk. The beef was so tender, it literally fell apart.
I decided on the spaghetti vongole ($46). I was pleasantly surprised! It tasted pretty good. The spaghetti wasn't mushy. The clams were sand free and fresh. The tasted was fantastic with an hint of spicy but not too much.
Fairly good food at very cheap prices. Portion size was generous as well. No wonder there was a good number of people eating there. Will be back.
