Smoky Hummus & Homemade Flatbread
How could a middle-east meal without hummus and bread? This signature middle-Eastern paste is so nutty and creamy but not greasy. The kind of taste you could not find in any other cuisines!

Roasted local eggplant with toasted Tahini & Pistachio
Actually, the portion was smaller than I expected and it looked like those cold spicy appetiser in Sichuan cuisine. We found the taste novel and special as the eggplant was immersed by sauce mixed with seeds and nuts. The overall taste was very similar to peanut butter, very rich and intense.
Garlic Prawns
The prawns were big with thick mixture of garlic, fennel and chilli. It’s be better if the prawns can be fresher and more chewy.
Charred Chermoula Chicken with Pickled Chilli & Lemon
It was the first time I tried roasted chicken like this. Originally thought the taste would be heavy with all the spices. But the pickled chilli and lemon add a splash of freshness to the tender chicken. The sauce tasted a bit like Italian pesto sauce.
Golden Rice Plaf
Rice mixed with garlic and other herbs. It got a whiff of coconut milk in the rice, nice to eat this with main dishes.
Set Yogurts with Honey Comb
You could actually feel that it is very different to normal yogurt bought in supermarkets. The texture is thicker and I got the taste of hummus in it! Such an exotic and typical dessert worth ordering.
Millefeuille with blueberry jam, fennel, vanilla ice cream and salted caramel
Sweetness overloaded with with this Millefeuille, which is actually a traditional Middle Eastern pastry.
