BKK has been a pleasant addition to the local dining scene, having opened about a year ago. I've had the opportunity to visit 3-4 times with friends, and have generally been impressed with the quality of the food.On my most recent visit, I noticed that a couple of the dishes seemed to have declined in quality compared to previous visits. On my most recent visit, I noticed that a couple of the dishes seemed to have declined in quality compared to previous visits. The beef wagyu thai salad and the pad see ew, in particular, didn't seem to live up to the standards I had experienced before. However, the majority of the dishes we tried were still above average.
One highlight that stands out is the spicy clams thai basil glass noodles soup - this was incredibly flavorful and delightful. The restaurant also seems to be making an effort to update their menu from time to time, which is always a positive sign.
Overall, I enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and vibe of BKK. While the dip in quality of a couple dishes was a bit disappointing, I'm still likely to return, in the hopes that they can maintain the high standards I've come to expect. With some consistency in the kitchen, this place could really shine.
