A friend recommended 發記 as a "great 打冷" place... so I gave it a try. 白粥
My bowl of 白粥 was even sadder. It's luke warm. I does not take a retard to heat up 粥, yet mine came luke warm. Talk about adding sald onto the wound.
TASTE:
With quality of food this poor, do we really need to talk about the taste?
SERVICE/CLEANLINESS:
The servers were polite and the environment was clean enough. This review was 100% based on the quality of (or there lack of) food served and not based on service or cleanliness of the restaurant.
This place has no professionalism, pride nor skill. STAY AWAY!!!
