2019 Michelin Guide Restaurant - Involtini is an affordable Italian restaurant that offers delicious handmade pasta. All the fresh pasta are made by the chef right after your orders. The pasta that we ordered were of good quality and al dente. The sauce of the Carbonara was adequate and rich, gently coated the strands of tagliolini and tasted more authentic than those normally found elsewhere. The pasta that we ordered were of good quality and al dente. The sauce of the Carbonara was adequate and rich, gently coated the strands of tagliolini and tasted more authentic than those normally found elsewhere. We also ordered a dessert platter for my friend’s birthday. All of them were good but we especially like their tiramisu and red wine pear.
