📍 CENSU (Central)G/F, 28-30 Gough Street, CentralLoved everything I had at Censu but among all the dishes, my favorite would be the Whole Three Yellow Chicken Paella ($368). It’s very juicy and tender and it went really well with the paella. Personally I liked it more than some of the so-called “四大名雞” in HK.
