An Unpleasant Experience

Spent $2,250 on dinner last night with my daughter there. We were assigned a table the size of a 2-person table in McDonald’s. The couple that shared the room had a table double-size, so that they could sit side by side to enjoy the harbour view throughout the evening. In contrast we had to find room on the small table top whenever a new dish was served. When we left I found my jacket and briefcase had slipped and sitting on the floor. The couple that shared the room had a table double-size, so that they could sit side by side to enjoy the harbour view throughout the evening. In contrast we had to find room on the small table top whenever a new dish was served. When we left I found my jacket and briefcase had slipped and sitting on the floor. Food was ok but I expected a bit more than food quality at such price level. The restaurant should have turned down our booking instead of making use of the residual space. My two cents.
