行過無數間唔同嘅餐廳,今晚終於踏入Les Saveurs嚟試試佢哋嘅晚餐菜單。我哋一坐低就有咗新鮮出爐嘅麵包,點起嚟香脆得嚟牛油味十足,真係好吸引人🥖!然後一開始就招待我哋一碟來頭發癢嘅前菜,就係花椰菜忌廉配海膽同櫻花蝦,淋上龍蝦油—個味滑溜溜又香郁,食落去正到爆炸!之後嘅波士頓龍蝦(香蒜汁)真係唔得了,啖啖龍蝦肉,配住牛油果薄片同濃味嘅蝦湯啫喱,食落係咁滑嘅口感,啖啖正!埋位煙燻魚子醬提升鮭魚嘅滑溜質感,仲有蘋果辣根醬,夠晒新鮮開胃。最後甜品就來個樂隊總動員——朱古力慕斯配上甜蜜蜜嘅覆盆子!簡直係享受嘅完美句號。整體嚟講,Les Saveurs嘅一餐令晚上嘅味蕾跳起華麗嘅圓舞曲。每一口,無一失手,好吃得嚟又充滿驚喜🍴🌟!

My hubby wanna gave me a good dinner on my bday! It turned out to be a big disappointment!Service was no standard! Kept hearing ‘ping ping pong pong’ when the waiters were taking out the culinary! Also, the chefs shouting out table number to the waiters who tried to make sure which table to be served! I just thought I was in a local tea house like Tsui Wah! 😰😰😰Food was absolutely below standard! When we ordered our dishes, the waiter got no clue on how the main courses cooked! And they never asked how well done our lamb and steaks wanna be! My homemade bday cake definitely tasted way better than the one they presented! Whilst they dropped the desert knife and fork on the chair, they didn’t say sorry. It was just lucky my daughter so happened went to toilet and she was save from being soiled her dress! The hygiene of the rest of the corners esp the toilets at the back door smelled terrible!Just don’t know why the chinese comments are all superb on this restaurant! We thus got misled and tried it out tonight! 😱😱😱

朋友帶我去食法國菜,我地點左個套餐,先有沙律,但因為太肚餓,所以冇比相機食lu,第二道菜有煙三文魚同蟹蓋沙拉,兩款都非常好味各有特色,煙三文魚蓋住d煙一齊上菜,好有新鮮感,而肉質鮮嫩可口,蟹蓋沙拉開胃好味,加上沙拉上面嘅蟹子多重口感,第三道菜有用miso做嘅鱸魚,好特別,有啲日本feel,做出來的鱸魚鮮嫩惹味,第四到先係主菜,我哋揀咗一份肉眼同一份魚,肉眼medium well 裏面依然juice,Fish of the Day 都係鱸魚,換咗另一個煮法依然好味道,再加埋個甜品,雲呢拿同椰子味gelato 混合菠蘿,真係mixed and match 👍🏻朋友真係冇介紹錯,但今餐真係好飽啊!

美味子一年一度既盛事 — 生日,當然食好d啦!O先生今次帶我去左楝商廈入面,佢話要話俾我知商廈入面都有好野食。原來,佢一早book左呢間由兩位曾於星級餐廳工作既廚師打理既法國私房菜餐廳,其中一位曾於法國藍帶學廚,地方雖小但五臟俱全。今日唔係好多客人,我地仲可以自己獨佔一間房兼有維港景睇,好有privacy,食生日/慶祝飯都係一個唔錯既選擇,我地訂左6:30pm,可以睇埋個日落添。Appetizer首先上既係帶子加底下既蘋果啫喱。食落有陣青檸味,清新開胃跟著上既係French Heirloom Tomatoes, 以醃製左既青蘿蔔薄片做底,上面放左iberico ham 配cherry tomato ,avocado mousse 同炸左既喬麥粒做toppings;個人特別喜歡粒cherry tomato,食落好香甜。然之後上既係餐廳既signature dish, 42C Smoked Salmon Fish, 三文魚以42度慢煮烹調,第一啖食落去超級軟熟,三文魚同魚子醬原來係perfect match 💑!點解可以咁好味?!美味子我食完忍唔住同職員講真係好滑好好味!職員先話呢道煙三文魚已經賣出超過一萬份,至於點解會咁滑咁軟,除左係42度慢煮之外,秘訣在於佢地事先用油浸過!真係一食難忘。而O先生就突登揀左另一款appetizer - Fresh chilled crab試,相比之下可能失色左小小, 但其實O先生話呢碟蟹都好好味。d蟹肉整到好似啫喱咁,同樣用煙熏過,口感同味道都好特別。跟著上既係Cream of trio Cauliflower soup 。椰菜花湯會係上左碟後即場淋上去,碟既中間放左外面用麵包糠炸既鵪鶉蛋。無論視覺同味覺都係一種享受!不過由於鵪鶉蛋表面係炸既,所以美味子我建議最好食左先,以免佢淋左冇咁好味到上碟Miso and Soy Chilean Seabass,條鱸魚看似冇乜特別,但上面淋左d日本醬油,甜甜地再加埋d柚子醋同上面一小塊黑松露,確實有心思。去到main course O先生order左prime USDA ribeye 而我就叫左Sous Vide Iberico pork collar ,到呢個時候我地已經好飽,其實呢兩碟如果都得一塊肉我地就覺得份量啱啱好,美味子我自己比較喜歡碟豬多d因為佢個梨醬好味同豬好夾,出面一般配蘋果醬反而梨醬比較清甜;而且連d配菜都唔馬虎,全部野由賣相到汁到配菜都盡顯心思,好欣賞咁全面既廚師,食到呢餐感覺好幸福最後上終於輪到美味子最愛既甜品出場。O先生嗰碟叫Tropical delight - vanilla + coconut aspuma gelato , 好似椰子奶咁美味子件bday cake 冇出現係menu 度所以唔知咩名堂,不過就食到係焦糖mousse,底層有d apricot 粒,如果可以有d脆口野配mousse就好啦因為個mousse似乎甜得滯😅成餐飯基本上無可挑剔,真係要挑既話,美味子剩係想如果句字可以寫靚d就好啦,hehe🙈最後我地order 左兩杯茶淸一清個口結束今晚既美食之旅。美味子楝左紅色包名為愛情既茶作飯後茶,寓意同O先生來年繼續甜甜蜜蜜搵好野食💑

閒日既晚上跟前老闆出去食好東西。上到餐廳發現原來有海景睇,仲有partition間開咗一間間房,朋友聚會一流,私隱道高。而且裝修好舒服。講完環境就開始講嘢食。佢哋有固定嘅Menu。基本上冇乜野可以揀,除咗其中一個前菜,主食同個甜品之外。其他都係跟menu。坐低冇耐就有一籃包,入面有幾款唔同嘅包,例如牛角包同埋一啲法包。上枱嘅時候仲係暖笠笠。牛角包有好重嘅牛油味非常香。👍🏻👍🏻忍唔住食咗兩個。之後就上咗一啲小食。係吞拿魚同蕃茄整成嘅。之後食咗尼一個蟹肉整嘅蟹蓋。上枱嘅時候有陣煙圍住佢,Display得好靚。而係book位嘅時候就要選定究竟要唔要食尼一個蟹蓋。呢個三文魚其實係同個蟹蓋二選一既。因為我哋人多,所以兩個都有人叫。唔好睇佢好似好普通,佢上枱嘅時候係有個玻璃罩蓋住,入面充滿係煙。而上邊一粒粒嘅係魚子醬。睇得出廚師好有心思。呢個湯都唔錯 呢件魚一上枱嘅時候成間房都好香,侍應講解完一輪,即刻忍唔住食。上邊有兩片松露,下邊有件魚同湯。👍🏻👍🏻喺食主菜之前,有一個柚子雪葩,俾你清一清個味蕾。可惜冇影到相。雪葩入邊有少少有柚子皮。好香食完好Flash。而主食方面,我選擇咗加$88嘅牛。毆咩都好重。同事就有叫咗豬。食完之後我哋都覺得豬比牛更出色。最後到甜品,呢個係椰汁味嘅雪糕再加一啲菠蘿。總體來講覺得呢個甜品有啲普通。對比起前菜同主食,唔係話非常好食。但都睇得出廚師👨🍳既心思
