Second visit after 2 years😂Bouillon has always been on my “encore” list, finally got a chance to come back. Bouillon has always been on my “encore” list, finally got a chance to come back.

What we ordered :
- beef tartare
- scallop carpaccio
- beef Rossini with foie gras truffle chestnut
- chicken with morels
- egg mayo
- rice pudding with salted caramel butter

Everything was up to standard, but it seems not as impressive as the first time I tried..
I still love the beef Rossini and beef tartare, the beef filet was cooked perfectly succulent, went perfectly well with the purée and foie gras.
Came here for their signature chicken with morels which I didn’t get to try last time, a bit disappointed with this dish tho, they use chicken breast which I’m not a fan of, the chicken breast was a bit too dry for my liking.. it would be better if they could use chicken thigh instead, just my personal preference.. the sauce was tasty , but I was hoping it could be richer in flavour and more creamy like the one I tried from Neighborhood.
The rice pudding was delicious, love the salted caramel butter, but it was a bit too filling as dessert.. perhAps we ordered too much for two ppl😂

Overall, I still like this french bistro a lot, authentic and delicious, great ambiance.
