The food is ok but the service is really poor.We were told to return the table at 20:30 when we got in at 18:45, and it’s fine for us. At 20:10 we wanted to order the dessert and we actually planned to leave at 20:30 by quickly finishing the dessert, but the manager insisted to move us to the bar table at hugger muggers to continue our meal because there is a time constraint. They offered to treat us the dessert, and we were ok with that.
But after we moved to the bar area, things started to get really bad- we are totally ignored by the staff, and we actually planned to celebrate a friend’s birthday but the staff totally forgot about it and just served the dessert without any writings or candles, and certainly without the chaiwala birthday celebration (eg the polaroid, the hats etc which they have been doing for a lot of customers tonight) AT ALL (that was the sole reason we booked this restaurant). Very very disappointing. We have to remind them to give us a new one with celebration platings, and remind them again and again for the cutlery, and cups for the water.... and nope, the chaiwala birthday celebration is not given to us even after we requested. we felt like we were invisible and neglected all the time at the bar area, not to mention how small the table was and how little space there was. Such a bad experience and definitely will not go back.
