As for the dips, the velvety smoky hummus strikes the right notes of lemon and garlic, mixed with aromatic olive oil and sprinkled with paprika.

If you fancy some richer sides, do opt for the baked feta. Served on an iron plate with black pepper honey, the mild saltines of the cheese complements nicely with the almost caramelised honey.

Rack of lamb is the only red meat on the menu, and it's a must-order: three grilled lamb chops coated in a spice-heavy marinade, with the flesh grilled to a beautiful blushing pink. The harissa glazed chicken skewers were a surprise too. Tender meat with a right amount of spice.

Finished off the meal with their dark chocolate pudding with whipped mascarpone! Not your typical pudding - intensely rich chocolate flavour but not too sickly sweet.
