Must say their "PISSING PRAWNS" (Mantis Shrimps) are the best companion for beer.The Typhoon Shelter style they make it in makes the shells so crunchy that you can basically eat the whole thing without shelling it, and the garlic, oh ma ma mia!!! I always bottle the leftovers for congee or noodles the following day!
