Mediterranean food has completely opened up my world. I would say that bedu hands down is my favourite restaurant of all time! No joke! I think I can remember what I love most from the menu without looking at it. My favourite is definitely the homemade flatbread and I ordered two dips in order to taste two flavours at one time. Speaking of the mains, I love the lamb chops and charred chermoula chicken. First of all, lamb chops were so juicy and I like the concept that the chef is putting yogurt and pomegranate seeds underneath.
I think it brings out the thickness texture and sour tasting at the same time. And the chicken was pretty special to me as the chef drizzled pickles and lemon on top. It makes the chicken more flavourful. The last thing I would recommend is the broccoli 🥦 honestly it literally tasted like the dried broccoli serving with broccoli Greek yoghurt and with some crispy leaves on top. It is delicious 🤤 bedu is definitely my top choice when it comes to exotic food and nice hospitality! Love it 😍
