Thai classic cold appetizer. Salad with a whole steak. Even the meat was chilled, the texture was still tender.
Gai Yang Takrai
Grilled half chicken marinated with aromatic lemongrass and tumeric. The chicken itself was crispy and crunchy. Great beer snack.
Lamb Rogan Josh
Nothing matches curry better than lamb! Tender lamb simmered in ginger and fennel Kashmiri sauce. Very rich and savory sauce. My personal favorite!
