Salmon close up.
Strangely the salmon had water coming off it and it seemed off because the salmon tissue literally decomposed which you can see on the the fatty bits!
Overall, the eel fared better.
The eel donburi cost HKD88.
The texture of the eel was extremely springy.
Dessert was a surprise as it wasn't on the menu.
The dessert was so damn good, it was chocolate pudding which tastes like the stuff you can make at home so it was very comforting.
If you have never tried a strawberry slush puppy from UK, the strawberry tea is recommended as it tastes just like that.
Definitely recommended if you are in MK as the Chinese herbal soup and dessert is good.
