Since we can’t go to Italy this year, we decided to try the bistecca a la Florentina steak at this restaurant - “食咗當去咗”. Heard a lot of good things abt this restaurant so had high expectations. We ordered the 1kg USDA Tbone, medium rare. When it arrived, I took a bite with anticipation and nearly spat it out in confusion and alarm.
