Among the 3 types we order, 和牛三角牛排 has the most lipid and well spread with “snow flower” pattern; To avoid losing juice and lipid, we just make it “medium-cook” and take it. The meat is soft and juicy, and not much chewing needed. In the same time the tasty juice already fulfill your mouth and tongue.

The next one is 和牛牛排肉, compare with the 三角牛排 , this one has less lipid and more meat. Taste is a bit less strong but less oily. I suggest this for ladies who like waygu but care about weight!

Then is 和牛上牛排肉, This one has the largest portion of “meat” when compare with the two above. It take a bit longer time to chew as it won’t “melt” inside your mouth, but give the strongest taste of beef among all 3.

Finally is 牛舌. My husband is a beer lover so I especially order it for him for drinking. We always think ox tongue is hard and no taste. But this one is much softer and tasty, best mate with beer and cheer!
