They are my forever pick if I crave for some good pasta. Their foods are top notch that you could just randomly pick anything from the menu without being disappointed. Perhaps that’s why they are opening more and more branches😆 You could find many homey Italian dishes here that satisfy your craving for travel 🇮🇹First time trying the 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚. First time trying the 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚. It was amazingly done. They went for a more mushy approach that you did not need to chew much but the flavours would already explode. The truffle aroma was very nice on nose and mouth. Worth a mention is the egg yolk. Super rich and super sweet‼️ Also, their 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 was so good quality and use it to make a tartare toast was world-class. You will thank me later😎 The 𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 were my must pick here. To be honest, it was nothing special but it was like comfort food at home. So why not😆
Their weekend brunch is a great bargain that they feed you with loads of pasta🍝 The 𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙞 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 was my favourite in the last visit. It was like a giant ravioli in sunflower🌻shape. It was stuffed with a whole egg yolk together with truffle paste and shallot. Just amazing🤩 I actually wanted to try eat it whole next time. I could already imagine a foodgasm in my mouth🤣
The other two pastas were 𝙂𝙣𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙝𝙞 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 and 𝙋𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙞. My two types of favourite pasta🥰 The gnocchi was chewy and the tomato sauce was packed with prawn flavour. Just love that. The pappardelle was okay as expected but I just could resist to slurp them😋
Last but not least was of course their 𝙏𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙪. It was one of the best in town and you could see everyone’s getting one. Sometime I would think “maybe I should try the panna cotta this time”. But oops, it never happen at the end 😂
