My friend suggested to go to a place popular for selling a wide range of chicken wings flavours. Wingman was located at Cochrane Street, several minutes walk from Central MTR.As they specialized in chicken wings, they served a wide range of flavours for their chicken wings. As they specialized in chicken wings, they served a wide range of flavours for their chicken wings. Besides that, they offered burgers, nibbles, small plates, desserts, vegan and drinks etc.
Popcorn chicken - It was slightly different from those popcorn chicken we ate usually, as it was long in shape. It was deep fried till very crispy and juicy, with BBQ sauce provided to dip onto it.
Lemon pepper - It was marinated with crushed black pepper, with sliced lemon provided to squeeze onto it. The skin was fried till crispy and the chicken was juicy and flavourful, with strong black pepper taste and slightly sour.
Espresso BBQ - It was marinated with BBQ sauce, coffee powder and chocolate. The taste was quite unique as it was quite fragrant, with strong coffee taste.
We ordered 3 saucy dips to dip chicken wings onto, kimchi mayo, perinaise and chipotle yoghurt. They were flavourful and creamy in texture, good to go along with the chicken wings.
Lemon tart - It was huge in portion, with the top of the tart baked till crispy. Lemon tart was soft, with strong lemon taste.
