This hamachi ($178) dish was absolutely gorgeous, servedw with a tomato ponzu, such an interesting combination! Chutoro ($218) can never go wrong, and the fennel soy was a nice touch. Really liked the plating of these two dishes too!Others had a piece of oyster ($78) each and obvs I skipped, so I munched on some edamame ($42) instead. Chef @shuna3faith also gave us a potato sald ($108) with a soft boiled egg instead. Can I be the person in the kitchen stabbing the potato chips into the potato ma

The unigiri ($238)with an abalone dashi was bombbb, and the stuffed zucchini flowers($178) bombbb. I don't see zucchini flowers often, and these stuffed with a scallop prawn mousse, tempura fried, sitting on this bomb truffle puree, was such a good combo.
Karaage ($128) was good for bites, and its hard to mess up black cod ($268). Since we had a nice red wine from @where_is_alfie we also ordered the wagyu steak ($338) which does remind me of Fukuro.
We got all the desserts, 2 really, and its tge miso ice cream ($88) with freen tea and yuzu tuile. Savoury ice cream is always interesting hehehe and a house dango ($58). We were soooooooo satisfied
