I booked a table with adults and children for Sunday dim sum at 1130am. Before I arrive, they already reminded me two times over the phone that I had to return the table by 1pm. I said ok. When my other family arrived later, and I was thinking what dim sum to order, another waiter came and asked me when my other family is going to come. I was trying to get the dim sum too and being rushed the third time. And then I was rushed again by the same waiter telling me to return table by 1245pm. Why sud
I felt stressful just penciling down the dish I need to order because I might not have another second chance to order an extra dish of dim sum.
They kept telling me they have another parties coming! Well... i guess this restaurant is like fast food dim sum place.
I don’t blame the chef cos the food quality is good but overall service experience is negative and it affected the whole atmosphere and rushing us to the last minutes.
At the end they sent us a bill and also wanted to count two kids as one adult tea price.
And we have ordered more than a thousand dollar of food and left the restaurant promptly at 1:02pm. Because of they had to change to bill again.
I have come to this restaurant many times before because of the chef but after today stressful and repeatedly being rushed experience I felt super disappointed and would definitely need to share this story.
