this USED TO BE one of my favourite japanese restaurants in hk... the "bar" chefs used to be japanese, and they were very friendly and chatty. fish used to be very fresh, and the temaki (handrolls) used to be made very well with crispy seaweed (they briefly heat the seaweed with fire before making the temaki). BUT the manager as well as the team of chefs have changed many times in the past few months. the latest team is NOT GOOD. the handrolls are much SMALLER than before, and the grilled oxt

BUT the manager as well as the team of chefs have changed many times in the past few months. the latest team is NOT GOOD. the handrolls are much SMALLER than before, and the grilled oxtougue is now much THINNER (used to be very thick pieces)... sigh... i am so disappointed. i am not sure if i will go again. good memories lost.
