We went to the restaurant on a rainy Saturday afternoon, since there was not much else to do. I have been wanting to try this place already for quite a few times and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. We made a booking on open rice and choose the "50% off a la carte" deal. Once arriving at the restaurant we got seated quickly and they present us the cart, while explaining the deal. Once arriving at the restaurant we got seated quickly and they present us the cart, while explaining the deal. We chose to start with Oysters, the manager recommended us to choose the South African Oyster, Scottish Oyster and one of their French Oysters. We ordered a dozen oyster and they arrived quickly. (By ordering a dozen oyster you receive a free bottle of wine) The oysters were fresh and all tasted very good. Our favorite was the South African one as it had a little sweetness to it.
We chose to go for Beef Wellington as a main dish. (Since we never had eaten this before, and with 50% off it seemed a good deal!
The beef wellington arrived not much later, and tasted very good. The meat was cooked as requested (medium) and the outside was nice and crispy.
The dish came with a nice gravy and mustard one the side, which we enjoyed as well.
After our main dish we choose to have their home-made tiramisu for dessert, as it is one of the recommended dishes. it tasted very good.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant, the price/quality is superb ( if you pick one of their deals) and the service was on point!
Coming back again in the near future.
