The dish is served table side with the lobster bisque being boiled to the hottest point. The sliced geoduck with some bean sprouts would be put in bowls. The hot lobster bisque would then be poured on top to slightly cook the geoduck. They then top it off with some crunchy fried Chinese dough and cilantro. The lobster bisque is not too overpowering and can let you taste the sweetness of the geoduck. It sounds simple but quite yummy.
Portion is quite generous as well. Good for sharing between 4 people.
