The restaurant was full!! Although we were just two, Glad we had reservations. The decor of the restaurant complimented each other with cleaver knife hanging, the dry ager, wine rack and the artistic candle on the table.The staff explained the story of the restaurant and introduced the menu. The staff explained the story of the restaurant and introduced the menu. We started off with Pecorino al fieno and wine, the newly added porcini chestnut crema, Bistecca with Funghi arrosto, and patatas on side. tiramisu (heavenly) to end. The combination of these four courses was a gastronomic experience. Special appreciation to the staff with the neat approach. We will be back for more.
