The most impressive dish was the crab meat fregola. If you like pasta, then you'll likely love fregola. These Sardinian spherical pellets are made from rubbing semolina flour and water together in a circular motion to create a round shape, then toasting them in the oven. I especially liked the chewy texture and nutty flavor. Its quite difficult to find fregola in HK so I was very surprised. The sauce was made of rich shell fish broth. Very delicious.
One big bonus point was the service. All the staff was friendly, helpful and patient with a big smile on their faces. Well done.
