Well it's only simple poached lettuce. It was alright . Pretty posh for such a small portion of green though as it's not that much skill you would find .

It costs around HKD800, definitely not cheap , but it's massive!!! it 's so big that it will actually fill up your stomach .Never had a crab with that much meat . hmmm..taste and texture are both super fresh from sea. yummmm .. yum.... yum.........I seriously want to have the whole one myself . hahahaha.... it's as good as those in Singapore.
