I have been here two weeks ago, and found the food was so-so. However, my colleague would like to join the fitness club. Ha, I brough her here. The price was reasonable, and the coach were quite nice. No matter what, it must be better than that "Calixxxxxx". Haha, don't you think so?!After the exercises, we ordered drinks. There were Protein Smoothies! Especially good for so many work-outs. We got "Sweet Dream" and "Honey Moon". I found the Chinese name and the English name were not so related.

Mine was Sweet Dream. It really had a strong taste of Protein, and some sorts of fruits. I could taste the strawberry. Nice. I felt so healthy.
My colleague got Honey Moon. She said the Chinese name so fitted her. lol She said she also tasted the strong smell of protein. The drinks were so thick it hardly suck out by the straw. The thickness of yogurt, papaya and protein. It was smooth, and refreshable.
Lets go for another round of running. Yaya~
