Second visit to bouillon hehe we had the veal tartare with scallops and caviar ($178) which was really tender but a prefer the beef tartare which is more on the savoury side. Desserts and main at Bouilllon. There's the scallops with truffle, butternut puree and cream ($278), one of the best in town for me personally. We also had the lamb shank ($288) which was a bit average in comparison to the rest of the dishes but at least dessert had us ending the meal on a nice note. Since we had the rice pudding last time, this time we opted for the passion fruit creme brulee ($78) and the floating islands with custard ($88).
