𝗣𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽's restaurants have been my long term favorites, especially Pici and The Pizza Project, as their food was consistently fabulous. So I was really excited when I got the 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 from them after the meal, which included $𝟭𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 in total for all their 14 brands! One of the best Caesar Salad I've had recently! The roman lettuce was really fresh that you can taste its sweetness and every pieces of the veggie were coated with the Caesar salad dressing. The shaved Parmigiano and Black Truffle on top were absolutely the finishing touch to this.

This tartare is quite different from the Pici one. The beef was mixed with Nduja which gave a mild spicy kick and topped with fresh Stracciatella that offered some milky flavor.

The carabinero was huge! Nothing could go wrong with this beast when it is fresh. Squeezing all the head juice into the al-dente house-made tagliolini and tomato sauce. This dish is simply heaven.

The Black Angus sirloin was cooked to the perfectly medium as we ordered. The steak has been rest enough to keep it succulent and the quality of this butcher's cut was obviously great as the meat was super tender. No extra mustard/ salt was needed for this as it was seasoned well.

Service ansd the environment were both excellent, suggested for family / couple to have dinner there. As it's on the 30th floor which gives a pretty good view of the Wan Chai city view.
