Ruth's Chris is my MUST-go Steak House every year for Christmas. It's my tradition, although there are some famous steak houses in HK, it is my choice because of it's perfect combination of high quality of food, service, interior design and atmosphere.My first time here many years ago to celebrate Christmas, and fell in love with this restaurant. They have set dinner, and A la Carte with choices of different steak and appetizers, salad.
One of the 2 Signature wines is my favourite Shiraz, Blue Eyed Boy 2009 from South Australia. Not expensive, around $1,000, and really nice.
I used to have salad but I have Crabtini this year, so fresh and nicely presented.
Lobster Bisque, I like the strong taste, yummy!
12 oz Rib Eye, medium rare, so good with a selection of side dish of creamed spinach....Wow...
Finally, dessert time. To make my dinner more Christmas feel, I had the Apply Pie...it's huge, even sharing among 2 people, but we can finish all to complete our Christmas dinner
They played Christmas songs for the whole night, and the atmosphere was great!
