Working in Admiralty, one big advantage is having two really good laksa places around. Rempah noodles is by far my favorite laksa in HK. From the food quality to the service, all deserve 5 stars. The good - soup is super rich and not spicy. The shrimp is not over boiled. Noodles just the right consistency. Noodles portion is usually small by default but you can ask for free portion at ordering. The waiters are always courteous which is a big plus on a stressful day. The only slight improveme

The only slight improvements I’d like to see are chairs with back rest (as I have back problem). Price is on the slightly expensive side for a bowl of noodles but make sense given the location and quality.
