It’s been a really long time since my last visit at Bedu. They offer modern Middle Eastern food in a cozy environment. Do try them out if you wish something exotic 😛𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘂𝘀Their hummus is still my favourite in HK❤️ Its flavour was intense and rich unlike many flavourless out there. I love their secret spice a lot! It’s little spice but very aromatic. With the sour labneh and pomegranate, it’s super appetising that I finished devouring the whole eggplant without noticing🍆
𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝘁𝗮
It’s a dish combining umami, sweetness and salinity😋 Honey and feta are like the best marriage combo and I now want some toast for it! Also, the sun-dried tomato on top was the genius kick that gave some sourness to palate for this strong dish 🍅
𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲
Look at the thick slice of truffle😍 The whole tagine was so aromatic with lots of duck breast. I love the rice on the harder side while I also wish the sauce more reduced here.
𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗮
It’s a traditional dessert made with kadayif - a kind of crispy shredded pastry. Bathed in rosewater syrup, it’s very refreshing and went well with the sticky and sweet pistachio ice cream 👍🏼
