TARTARE DE VEAU
- The veal tartarte doesn't have a strong veal taste. For the one who doesn't like the taste of beef, it's good.
- Scallops Sashimi doesn't have a significant taste as well, not umami enough
- texture of both veal tartare and scallop were springly, quite nice
CONFIT DE CANARD
- the Duck🦆Leg's skin was not crispy, the meat were overcooked. Disappointing

- Strict table time limit as the resto was fully booked, staff initiatively offer us to continue drinking and dining at the bar seats. Quite Nice
- they serve Orange Wine which is not quite common in HK resto, recommend to have a try. The Orange Wine made me thought of my🇵🇱Poland Trip, which is the first place I tasted Orange Wine and that was so good
