為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

I ordered the curry veggie with a fried egg. When it was served, the yolk was totally raw. I told the waitress I cannot eat raw egg, she blamed me of not telling her in advance. However, there is no way I knew the “fried egg”” is raw. This is my first time eating there. Nobody will normally assume the yolk is still fluid when one used the word “fried egg”. Plus there was no picture in the menu. She tried to force me to take the raw egg. I insisted I could not eat. At most I could do was to throw

Then the manager(I assumed) came. She took the dish to the kitchen. I guessed they microwave the dish(including the raw fried egg )but I was not sure whether the container was microwave-friendly. Hence I hadn’t eaten the curry source in a fear that any harmful substance might get dissolved into the source.

Overall an unpleasant experience. How expensive is an egg? Why don’t they fried another egg ( the raw egg can be consumed by their staff). Very unreasonable staff
