It's the regular dinner time at every month-end with my lovely colleague!!!This time my new colleague recommanded the Ruth's Chris Steak House to us. It is heard that the restaurant have done their steak very well. Once I stepped in the restaurant, it is felt that the environment and interior design is in real traditional Amercian style.
All staff are servicing their customers in English (who really don't know Cantonese), and customers ate and talked in a quiet way, so we kept our voice down
And then after the waiters settle down our seats, I start looking at the menu.
There are variety of steak for us to choose from. Rib Eye, T Bone, Fillet...etc
I have ordered Filet with less 'oz' as I though I cannot finish a 8oz Rib Eye myself.
The appetizer is baked onion with cheese and fired onion.
Everythings is delicious! After we talked for around 15-20 mins, our main course - steak was being served.
Different from other steak house, the steak was served with a extremly hot special dish, which can keep the steak in a stable tempature.
(Be careful, don't touch the dish!) They cooked the steak in five levels. I chose medium well, pink in centre.
Not because of the knife, the steak is very soft! After tasting the main course, we ordered apple crumble and rasberry sago pudding Generally, this is the best steak I ever tasted !
For the service , it's really excellent. We started our dinner a little bit late at 10:00( They closed at 11:00)
At last we stay until 11:45, and a staff stay there to clean up our tables.
They never show impatient
