Absolutely worst customer service you could ever imagine! We were greeted and seated by a nice staff and the atmosphere was quite good. Food had to be ordered by QR code, which was not an issue at first. However, many dishes were not customisable, hence we kindly asked a staff whether we could get any help, since my children couldn’t eat spicy food. After various attempts, a very impatient male staff finally came by with a very dissatisfied tone( as we didn’t order through the QR code)and helped
We were greeted and seated by a nice staff and the atmosphere was quite good. Food had to be ordered by QR code, which was not an issue at first. However, many dishes were not customisable, hence we kindly asked a staff whether we could get any help, since my children couldn’t eat spicy food. After various attempts, a very impatient male staff finally came by with a very dissatisfied tone( as we didn’t order through the QR code)and helped us finalise our order.
All the noodles soups and starters arrived within 10mins, taste was good, however given its fairly small portion,it was quite overpriced.
We ordered a pad thai, which didn’t arrive with the other food. We waited for another 30 minutes, to be told twice that it will be coming soon. After 45mins I had to ask again, only to be told in a rather rude manner that we haven’t ordered it at all. Why were we not told earlier, when we asked for it earlier? After explaining to him that the order was actually done by his colleague, he then agreed to make a quick order . They were clearly understaffed, yet that’s no excuse for such a lousy service. We were given a ten percent off after showing our dismal, yet that did not compensate any of this bad experience at this dining spot. Honestly, there are much more better options at New town plaza.
