🍽 Sea Urchin Pasta💰 HK$ 208 (lunch, 10% service charge)The famous Sea Urchin Pasta from Dough’s kitchen finally!! It has been a while since I have visited this lovely shop and I finally got chance to try their signature pasta. The pasta is cooked until al dente as usual. Sea urchin is of high quality and matched quite well with the pasta. However having said that I prefer the XO sauce lobster pasta I had on the first time as there was a wow factor in the dish and an element of surprise.
