On my way back home, I walked past this ramen shop and was attracted by their decor and choice offered. Sakura House was located at Pok Fu Lam Road, several minutes walk from HKU MTR.They offered set meal as well as ala carte menu. They provided ramen, rice, side dishes, soup, desserts and drinks etc. For every ramen ordered, they will come with a free drink. Spicy tonkotsu ramen - The staff helped to separate the ramen from the soup so that the ramen will not become soggy. Ramen came with sliced pork, egg and seaweed. Slice pork was chewy and juicy, with some lean fats in it. Egg was soft and smooth while the ramen was very chewy. Soup was spicy and flavourful, to my liking.
