There was delicious spinach in thick salted egg yolk and preserved egg yolk sauce, braised bamboo shoots, Jelly pigs trotters, Signiature rice noodles, soup and lemongrass jelly.Close ups of the dishes:

SET A had this delicious rice that was flavoured, then there was crispy seaweed with shrimps and some soft beancurd.
