為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

The WORST service EVER!

Came here for lunch with fam today. We sat down at 12, ordered a pot of congee and some dim sum. While the congee came in 15 min, we had to wait for another 30 min (a total of 45 min) for the dim sum to come! In the meanwhile, we had to talk to 3 different servers to ask for our food. The first server listened to us, walked away, and did nothing. The second server asked what we had ordered (how was I supposed to remember every single dish I had ordered???) and walked away. While the congee came in 15 min, we had to wait for another 30 min (a total of 45 min) for the dim sum to come! In the meanwhile, we had to talk to 3 different servers to ask for our food. The first server listened to us, walked away, and did nothing. The second server asked what we had ordered (how was I supposed to remember every single dish I had ordered???) and walked away. Finally we had to show our dissatisfaction to the manager in order to get our food. Note that 2 tables next to us had already left by the time our food came even though they came later than us.

What kind of service is this??? What kind of food that you have that is worth the 45-min wait and the bad service??? I highly urge everyone to find another place for a better lunch!
