Me and my friend from Singapore would like to taste the variety of tea in F & M. At the reception, we were told that if we order the A la carte, we need to be seated at the bar table. If we choose to sit at the sofa , we need to order the tea set. As we just finished lunch n we were a bit full, so we decided to sit at the bar table. After a while, another group of people came n they were allowed to sit at the sofa without ordering the tea set. We were treated unfair n don’t know why they hv

After a while, another group of people came n they were allowed to sit at the sofa without ordering the tea set. We were treated unfair n don’t know why they hv double standard. F & M should hv improve their customer service. We were a bit disappointed in such an decent restaurant which meant to be a world class restaurant from UK.
