I savored their 1st Anniversary Dinner Menu, starting with the Hamachi & Salmon Ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with zesty flavor. Love their oyser as well. The Pan Seared Foie Gras was a highlight—crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, perfectly paired with fresh figs. The Signature Crab Crepe was another standout, featuring a soft, delicate wrapper filled with tender crab meat, complemented by a special salmon roe sauce that enhanced its flavors beautifully.
For the main course, the Beef Cheek Penne was tender and flavorful, while the USDA Prime Ribeye was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of rich flavor. The Wild Catch Seabass was another standout, with its skin perfectly seared to a golden crisp, and the tender, flaky fish was beautifully complemented by a medley of fresh vegetables, creating a perfect balance of flavors. We topped it all off with the NYC Dessert Platter, a delightful assortment of treats that was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.
