Yay!!! New pasta place😋 recently, I’ve tried Pecorino, Jacomax and Sofi and Sofi is going to be my second favorite in that area. Not only I like what’s on their menu, I also like the vibe of the restaurant. So me and my friend tried their casareccia and rigatoni. This is probably the first non spaghetti carbonara I’ve ever had in HK. I really like how chewy it is and the smoked bacon is soooooo yummy, cos I like how fatty it is☺️and the sauce is so spot on😍 The mozzarella and tomato rigatoni is s

I really like how chewy it is and the smoked bacon is soooooo yummy, cos I like how fatty it is☺️and the sauce is so spot on😍 The mozzarella and tomato rigatoni is so tasty too, the tomato sauce is so creamy and I really love the half melted mozzarella chunks. The texture is so great but it doesn’t overpower the taste of the tomato sauce…oh!!! Their coffee is surprisingly good too. I’ll defo come back cos I wanna try their dessert menu😁
